The visa for entrepreneurs or startups is a residency permit granted to non-EU nationals, for instance indian investors, who want to develop their entrepreneurial business activity in Spain.

Indian investors who present a business project to be developed in Spain and which is considered and accredited as being of general interest.
Indian investors who plan to enter and stay in Spain for a period of one year for the sole or main purpose of carrying out the preliminary procedures to be able to develop an entrepreneurial activity.

Requirements

Innovative project aligned with industries deemed especially significant for Spain such as green energy, atmosphere, water and water treatment, health sciences, biotechnology, aeronautics and aerospace. It must be a business distinct from any other in the market.

The business plan must be approved by the Spanish Commercial Office.
